Welcome to LinksUp Golf ("LinksUp", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinksUp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use LinksUp.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinksUp. By using LinksUp, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (scores, photos, messages, comments). By posting content, you grant LinksUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: LinksUp has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, illegal activities, and spam. Violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account termination.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Post objectionable, offensive, or harmful content of any kind
Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post hate speech or discriminatory content
Post sexually explicit or pornographic content
Post violent or graphic content
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Spam or send unwanted messages
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights

Content Moderation

LinksUp reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users, please report them immediately using the in-app reporting feature. You may also block any user at any time. Blocking a user will remove their content from your feed and prevent them from contacting you.

Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be removed from the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Score Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of scores you post. Posting intentionally false scores undermines the integrity of the golf community and may result in account suspension.

Disclaimer

LinksUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interactions between users that occur outside the app, including in-person golf games arranged through LinksUp.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinksUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
